Are the tools free to use?
Yes. All four tools run in your browser, need no sign-up and store nothing. They give guidance rather than a formal inspection, so anything safety-critical should still be checked by someone with the tyre off the wheel.
Do you charge for advice over the phone?
No. If you call and describe what the car is doing, we will tell you what we think it is. If a jump start is not going to fix it, we would rather say so before we set off than after we arrive.

All of North Wales, from the coast to the valleys, based in Bangor. We aim to reach you within 30 to 60 minutes.
